Paint booths are used for applying paint to workpieces. The painting process can be manual or automated – using handheld spray guns or guns mounted on reciprocators. We offer both types of systems, depending on the requirements of the paint booth.
For manual systems, we offer a cost-effective solution with our in-house manufactured devices – models PP100 and PP100+. They are made from high-quality components, ensuring long service life, high reliability, excellent productivity, and easy, fast maintenance.
The cyclone booth is a key component of the paint booth where paint is applied to the workpiece. By regulating the negative pressure inside the booth, excess paint is efficiently extracted and collected in the cyclone container, from which it is returned—either manually or automatically—into the painting system.
If the booth lacks proper operating characteristics, working conditions can become unhygienic and inadequate. Our cyclone booths meet the highest standards of quality and safety, allowing operation without the need for additional protective equipment.
